About Your Trainer:
 
Our trainer has 25+ years experience in the credit control, debt recovery and security industries and has extensive work experience and training in:

Queensland Police Force – Duty in uniform area and Criminal Investigation Branch including ‘undercover’ in the Drug Squad.

Australian Narcotics Bureau [Federal] – Sydney and Adelaide – drug investigation.

Purchased Cairns Collection Services in 1980 - Worked for every finance company in Australia conducting repossession and other activities such as debt collection, private inquiry functions [skip/missing debtor location inquiries] and process serving of legal documents for all major banks and solicitors.

SGIC Insurance Debt Recovery – Third Party Property recovery and he claims – ‘it’s the hardest money he’s ever had to collect!’

Credit Union – Credit Control Manager – Staff of 20. Responsible for the collection function of the branch network, staff management, writing credit policies/procedures, reporting to board and in 1992 centralising the collection function for the 18
South Australian and Northern Territory branches to Adelaide.

Our trainer manages a number of businesses based in South Australia and he is involved in Debt Collection/Private Inquiry/Insurance Investigation, legal process service and repossession work, training and credit consulting for local and interstate clients.

He is a Nationally Qualified Workplace Assessor and Trainer conducting ‘in-house’ training for both State and Federal Departments and small to large business throughout Australia.

His training clients include, CentreLink, Courts Admin Authority, National Institute of Accountants (Australia-wide), Attorneys General, Health Insurance Commission (Medicare), Insurance companies, Water Utilities in Victoria, Victorian Government (Housing Dept), and many more.
